openCARP
openCARP is a simulation program for researching the electrophysiology of the heart. Within the SuLMaSS project I am involved in the development of an infrastructure for openCARP and in the conception of a sustainable lifecycle management.
The openCARP Collaborative Development Environment consists of an own GitLab instance, the project website opencarp.org based on the GRAV CMS and a question and answer system on https://opencarp.org/q2a/. These components are linked together by specially developed Python scripts and the extensive use of the Continous Integration functionality of GitLab. For example, web pages are generated from structured data from the code repository or DataCite metadata are automatically generated for each release.
